World Record – Team Canada W40 4X800m Relay Team

Diane writes….Larissa was the anchor. We decided she should bring the team home because it was her idea to get a team together for the record – she needed a goal for her 40th birthday year and initiation to masters running. It was such a fun challenge.
Old record was 9:18.3 we ran 9:16.91 – and incidentally one of our Mountain West teammates – Jennifer Burke- had the record for team USA so huge incentive to break it !
