Reidar Zapf-Gilje scored 7691 points in the M70 decathlon at the Greyhounds Multi-Event meet in Surrey on August 27/28. His performance broke CMA Hall of Famer, Ian Hume’s Canadian record and is ranked first in the world this year. Reidar’s points total of 7691 is also the most points any Canadian masters athlete has ever scored in a decathlon.
