Canadian Masters Athlete of the Month – December

JP was third at the USATF 5000m Racewalk Championships in Rochester on December 27th. His time of 24:50.59 broke the M50 CAN 27:47 by almost three minutes. The record was 25 years old!

Emil threw 14.67m in the Weight Throw at the Ottawa Lions Super Saturday Meet on December 19th. He broke Garry Bachman’s M80 CAN Record of 13.67 by a metre!
