Marg broke two CAN records in Saskatoon on Sept 7th – the Hammer in 36.04m and the Throws Pentathlon with a total of 5502 pts – not far off the 5715 World Record!
David broke the M35 CAN 5K Record with a 14:52 finish (AG 86.6%) in the National 5K Championships in Toronto on Sept 5th.
Mentions honorables goes to;
W40 Catherine Watkins BC came 5e overall for women in the Canadian 5km Championships in 17:12 – close to the 16:49 CAN
M50 Steve Boyd ON had a 15:55 finish at the Championships – missing the CAN by 4 seconds
