W55 Johanna Flipson AB won the Silver medal in the 5000m Racewalk – breaking her own CAN record with a 27:47.21 finish. her previous mark was 27:52 set at the CMA Championships in Toronto last year. Johanna was the 2010 Canadian Masters Athlete Of The Year – Running/Racewalking.
