1500m in 6:38.87 – breaking 7:18 Holger Joseffson SWE from 2004
3000m in 13:41.96 – breaking 15:46 Hugh Campbell USA from 2013
He broke the CAN in the 3000m by over 6 minutes
and the 1500m by over 2 minutes!
Robert Nasato ON (#162) broke the CAN record in the 50m in 6.69
The old CAN was 6.6ht Peter Pientka ON in 1979
(add 0.24 sec to a hand-timed mark)
M55 Stuart Galloway ON broke the CAN in the 3000m in 9:42.22
The 9:53 record was held by Jerry Kooymans ON from 2013
M45 Yannick Le Mouël PQ (center) and M40 Doug McLaren SK
both broke* the CAN in the 50m Hurdles in 7.75 and 7.70
M40 was 8.15 Neil Sander MB 1990
*Yannick actually tied his own record from last year’s meet
Doug also broke the CAN in the 60mH in 8.87
Yannick held the 8.97 record from 2012
Doug scored the most points (44) of any male competitor.
W45 Rachel Fouladi BC set a CAN in the 50mH in 13.42
Rachel entered…..and completed 12 events !!
She scored 58 points – the most of any female.
M65 Richard Lech ON broke the CAN in the 50mH in 9.21
He held the 9.24 record from 2013
W65 Deborah Lee BC set the CAN in the 50mH in 11.11
W35 4X400 Relay in 4:34.74
CAN Record of 4:49 was broken by
Jodi Rice, Louise Bonneau, Tanya Sakharov, and Nancy Catton

M55 Mihai Ene ON broke the CAN in the Triple Jump in 11.20m
